As a senior member of the development organization, this position is also responsible for training and mentoring other developers, supporting enterprise architecture activities, contributing to the development of best-practice materials, and helping to improve software development processes, tools, and techniques. Interaction with business leaders is required, especially in the areas of leading and assisting in project estimations, project planning activities, and requirements gathering activities.
