Experience in Oracle areas such as Self-Service, Talent Management, and iRecruitment. Experience in Performance Management and/or Compensation Workbench is a plus. Strong Oracle development experience – SDLC. Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL. Familiarity with Hyperion IR reporting.
