*--HOT Position Need 8 Profiles-- Job Title: Lead QA Tester with Jbehave and Selenium Location: Orlando, FL Duration: 6+ Months Contract* QA Lead description: · Creates/modifies Test documentation including Detailed Test Conditions, Test Cycles, Test Scripts, Data Paths, and Expected Results for System · Work in conjunction with engineering and product owner functions to identify test release criteria and report on product readiness status · Own test development lifecycle, requirements analysis, test development, execution and issue resolution · Use test management and development tools to deliver automated tests integrated with product development activities · Identifies entry and exit criteria · Ensures accurate defect tracking, escalation, and reporting · Provide technical development / mentoring for junior analysts · Acts as a lead in the creation, preparation, and conduct of quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts · Serve as recognized expert on testing initiatives, Agile methodology, and automation processes · Identify strengths and opportunities for improvement based on Walt Disney experiences and industry practices Test Automation · Estimate automated testing ROI · Determine which tests to automate · Develop work plans and estimating models · Create metrics to measure and manage automation Qualifications/Requirements · Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science · Minimum 5 years of experience in a software QA / software development environment · Minimum 3 years experience mentoring software QA personnel · Minimum 5 years experience with automation tools such as Jbehave and Selenium · Knowledge of software testing fundamental concepts including regression, load, white box, black box, positive, negative, and boundary testing · Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle including Agile · Knowledge of Agile tools · Proficient at BA skills (e.g. gap analysis, project planning and estimating) · Proven ability to meet tight deadlines Desired Characteristics · Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE ISTQB) · Good time management skills · Solid documentation skills along with quality communication skills · Continued growth and development · Innovative and not reactionary · Change agent REGARDS, Mark Williams |IT Recruiter| CAT Technology, Inc Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604, Visit us at: www.catamerica.com Voice: 201 257 5081 x 291 or 296 Fax: 201 727 9296 Email: [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
