*****Immediately Needed A Consultant***** * * *Title: QA Tester* *Locations: Orlando, FL * *Contract length: 1 year* * * * * * * As a Quality Assurance Engineer you will be extensively involved in ensuring adherence to the QA process and methodologies. The projects will be large in scale and will require coordinated efforts with the IT team. Most initiatives will require Integration, System, UAT and Load Testing. The project resource will act as the first point of contact for assigned projects and will be responsible for all QA tasks and milestones. They will be responsible for creating and/or reviewing Test Plans, Test Cases and daily status reports. *QUALIFICATIONS: * 2-5 years QA and Testing experience. Understanding of Java, JavaScript, or JBehave is required. Must have experience in white-box testing for Java or JavaScript applications. Familiar with various types of testing, such as Integration, Systems and UAT. Comprehensive understanding of the QAs role and participation in various SDLC models. Experience with the Agile methodology, including Scrum and experience participating in Sprints. Ability to anticipate, identify and articulate problem areas and develop preventative solutions. Work with a high degree of independence on projects. Proven experience in identifying the relationship of bugs to software codes. Understanding and experience with developing/obtaining load test requirements. Familiarity with code deployment processes. Proven leadership and team building abilities. Strong communication skills, especially written. Proven ability to establish test case coverage against requirements. Proven ability to perform risk assessments. Proven ability to construct detailed test plans and test cases. Understanding and experience with test automation tools and solutions. Strong knowledge of Java code *PLUSES: * Previous experience as a developer is helpful for white box testing.
