*Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Columbus Ohio Duration: 6 Months Contract* Our Client is looking for w2, ead and or greencard holders - *2-4 years experience in PL/SQL Expert BA – 6+ years experience* *Required:- *Mercury Quality Center SDLC/Software Development background (Database/System- Oracle/Java) PL/SQL-Big Plus Support existing team Day to day requirements…document 800 pages long Requirement documenting Responsibilities: Identifies, assesses, and records tactical and strategic business needs and issues, recommending business priorities, and advising businesses on options, risks, and costs versus benefits Analyzes business processes, products and operations to create detailed business requirements. Communicates these requirements to the development team for the design and implementation of business solutions Provides input to the development of formal business cases when enterprise-wide business solutions are proposed Contributes a business or process perspective during design reviews Executes software quality assurance through the development and maintenance of test plans Guides and advises Application Development teams to make the fully informed decisions Deep understanding of business and technologies, with specific expertise in the business area of this LOB Identifies, recommends, and implements IT process improvements Foresees issues/risks and provides solutions before they are realized Determines and manages scope of the project with the Line of Business partners Qualifications: College degree with Financial Services experience Project management experience highly desired Experienced with software development experience with moderate understanding of business analysis In-depth operational knowledge of interface design Must have expertise with Mercury Quality Center PL/SQL Server database query technical skills is benefici Thanks & Regards, Sreekumar Sr. Technical Recruiter CAT Technology Inc.
