IMMEDIATE NEED A CONSULTANT Job Title: Java (Production Support Engineer) Location: New York, NY Duration: Long term Project Must come for Face to Face interview upon request "PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for delivering project efforts to the environments, managing code, and environmental settings throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Responsible for technical support, detailed problem determination, and problem resolution of issues encountered by the PSH application. - This position will be supporting a vendor packing and Java/J2EE applications. Responsible for deploying these components to test environments and production environments. Also responsible for troubleshooting and shakeout of the environments. - Also responsible for code management, build automation, minor Oracle SQL work, and technical support of the environments and the PSH application. - This position will work closely with Release Management to ensure projects are delivered on time and are stable. - This position also includes keeping product documentation up to do date so a working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word are required.
