-IMMEDIATE NEED A CONSULTANT- Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (Experience with Pharmacy is Must) Location: Montville, NJ Duration: 12 + Months Contract This position is accountable for coordinating and implementing process improvement activities within US Phamacovigilence. This position will be responsible for effectively coordinating activities relating to the implementation and transition of new processes. Applies standard process management methodology, tools and practices to ensure successful outcomes of process initiatives. Utilize those tools in order to identify problems in current processes, generate and implement measurable improvements to those processes. Identify, track and report key performance indicators (KPI) to senior leadership on a regular basis. Support strategic resource planning through capacity planning methodologies as well as insourcing and outsourcing analysis. Monitor CRO activities (i. e. productivity, invoicing and compliance) and identify potential areas for improvement. Qualifications: Education/Experience Requires a Bachelors degree from an accredited college. Minimum 4 years professional business experience, prefer large Pharmaceutical. At least 2 years of process redesign experience. Additional licensing, certifications, registrations: Greenbelt in Six Sigma or equivalent business experience required Knowledge Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and supporting software in a Windows based environment, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes; Should be knowledgeable in the use of intranet and internet applications. Prefers knowledge of operational excellence, resource planning and data analysis.
