**-IMMEDIATE NEED A CONSULTANT- Position: AD Migration Architect Location: Milwaukee, WI Length: 3 + Months w/option for additional time Overview: Identify a strong Active Directory architect who has done large scale Active Directory domain consolidations and design specifically with Windows Server 2008. The consultant must have design experience with Windows Server 2008 specifically, and also strong skills with the Quest QMM for AD tool. Must be a senior level architect to handle a lead role with these technologies. (discovery/planning/design) Requirements: 1. Must have 3-5 yrs architecting AD migration/consolidation projects requiring systems re-mapping and transition. (Microsoft Windows AD design experience) a. Provide architectural and implementation experience and knowledge to develop the architecture, deployment plan and client consolidation plan. Consolidate all AD Servers utilizing Quest QMM Develop, and design consolidation plan for an AD project utilizing using best practice standards. Design, Consolidate and migrate from current environment to Microsoft AD environment. b. Ability to properly install and configure the Quest QMM toolset c. Must have deep understanding of Consolidation processes and ability to provide transitional information to the client resources d. Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to agility, business value. 2. Candidate will work in a highly decentralized and customer facing environment. 3. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 4. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator. 5. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
