The J2EE team lead mustpast experience in managing and supporting customer’s system, setting expectations, making thoughtful and realistic recommendations, and prioritizing and delegating work items for a website project web developer must be able to work independently from business requirements gathering, programming to testing. Requirements: 1. Must have 5+ yrs of application development leadership experience with J2EE/Spring and related platform technologies utilizing JSP including the following areas: a. Must be comfortable and competent at interacting with customers, defining requirements and managing team/ project action items and priorities. 3.
