Role Description:       Lead Workflow Architect/Developer

Planned Start Date:     December 05, 2011

Planned End Date:       January 31, 2014

Role Location:           Mississippi, United States

Scope of Tasks: Consultant needed to lead Workflow technical effort for a
large SAP Implementation project. This position involved in the planning,
design, testing, and release of SAP software. As the Lead Workflow
Architect/Developer this role will be responsible for participating in
relevant Blueprint sessions, reviewing functional specifications,
estimating hours required for workflow items to be developed, developing
workflow items according to SAP standards.  Strong understanding and
knowledge of SAP technologies, SAP ASAP Implementation methodology and
project planning and management are mandatory.

 The Lead Workflow Architect Consultant must know:

Ø SAP Workflow as it relates to SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) Ø
SAP Workflow as it relates to MSS (Manager Self-Service) Ø SAP Workflow as
it relates to ESS (Employee Self-Service) Ø Workflow Architect as it
relates to HCMPF (Human Capital Management Processes and Forms) Ø
Interfacing and programming to Business Rules Framework (BRF and/or newer
BRFPlus, BRF+) Ø SAP Workflow (implying they know the other aspects of SAP
workflow development)

 Duties will include but are not limited to managing the following areas
and activities # Planning, design, architecting and implementation of
Workflows (e.g. within HCM, FI, SRM) # Understanding of the technical
capabilities of Solution Manager # Planning, design, development, testing
and release of custom objects required for the project # Test Problem
Report resolution for all Workflow requirements # Functional Specification
Review # Technical Specification Creation # Provide Technical Workflow
Effort Estimates for Implementing Workflow Scope Change Requests #
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills #
Experience in contributing in a team environment # Flexible, easily
adaptable to change, and effectively handle a fast paced environment

 Required

# At least 5 years experience with 2 full SAP lifecycle implementations #
At least 5 years experience in technology areas # Readiness to travel 100%
# English: Fluent Preferred
