POSITION SUMMARY The Software Engineer Web role is a technical position with the primary accountability for developing Web solutions within their assigned functional domain(s). This individual will have come from a technical background and shall possess the ability to interact with internal and external customers at all levels. This role shall be accountable for all Web based development including but not limited to: documentation of development delivery approach, ability to design and develop Web solutions leveraging various ranges of Web toolsets which include but are not limited to .NET C#, ASP.NET, HTML / XML, SQL, and Various RDBMSs: Oracle / SQL Server, ASP, VBA, VB, MS SharePoint. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Accountability for designing and developing web solutions based on architectural approaches outlined within the SAD of a funded project initiatives. Accountability for all detailed design and development activities as part of funded project initiatives that affects the assigned functional domain(s) Partner with other IT and Shared Services organizations and seek out collaboration opportunities Communicate plans, status, and issues to higher management levels ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES N/A REQUIRED SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus Minimum of 1-2 years experience within web toolsets Experience working with customers to develop solutions to complex business problems Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence in their teams Professional demeanor with the ability to model dedication and support for Company goals Excellent interpersonal skills evidenced by the ability to work and communicate effectively with IT and business peers Ability to make decisions considering a wide variety of situations and conditions PREFERRED SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS Health Care industry knowledge Thanks & Regards, Sreekumar Sr. Technical Recruiter CAT Technology Inc.
