**Title: Techno-functional PSFT HCM w/Payroll and Time/Labor Location: Chicago,IL Duration: 3+ Months Contract Overview: Client is looking for a Techno-functional PSFT HCM consultant to work as a business process consultant to assist with process improvements and process streamlining. They also will need to provide production support as well as implementation work. This is a HCM 9.1 instance and the focus is on Payroll, Time and Labor and possibly Absence Management. MANDATORY Requirements: Minimum of 6-8 years PeopleSoft HCM experience, 9.1 experience required Experience with Payroll and Time/Labor Modules. Experience with Absence Management a Plus Should have experience with Tax updates - Technical as well as functional tasks. Will be required to apply them as well as assist with testing. Should be at equally ease with functional and technical/development tasks. Experience developing in Tools 8.51 will be a huge plus, extensive experience up to Tools 8.49 is required. Strong Communications skills – must be able to interact with the business users and executive level personnel. Ability to create process documents, facilitate requirement gathering, Fit-Gap and functional design sessions, create requirement documents, fit gap analysis documents, functional and technical specifications. Any experience with AGILE, PeopleSoft FSCM, OBIEE, Global deployment, Portal (PeopleSoft or Web Center) will be a huge plus.
