Capable of building and maintaining very strong, trusting relationships with clients and vendors. Capable of building and maintaining very strong, trusting relationships with customer technical staff. Willing to work in a dynamic environment with on-call rotation and 24x7 coverage. Willing to work after hours and occasional weekend hours to accomplish tasks. Capable of working alone or as part of a team. Ability to follow directions and adhere to strict management policies. Expected to administer, configure, and support Enterprise Storage environments across multiple mission-critical systems. Required to assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of effective SAN solutions. Expected to be able to support and maintain EMC Symmetrix arrays (DMX, VMAX) SRDF, Time Finder and/or Mirror view. Expected to be able to support and maintain NetApp (SAN) array. Desired Skills: Additional Information: Supporting a Starbucks Data Center in Seattle, WA.
