Immediate Need a four BO Consultants Title: BO Developer Location: Hartford, CT Length: 4+ months w/ option for additional time PLEASE NOTE: SUBCONTRACTORS WILL BE EXPECTED TO WORK 14 HOUR DAYS 7 DAYS FOR 3 WEEKS. THE TEAM IS WORKING ON GIVING RESOURCES EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF. Prefer healthcare background. Requirements: 1. Must have 3-5 Prior developing & deploying Business Objects Business Intelligence6.x, XI R2, R3,reporting tools including: o Business Objects Web Intelligence & Universe Designer o Reading and interpreting data models o Ability to document the report content clearly in a documentation tab of the report. 2. Develop programming specifications including design, code and unit test application code using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices. 3. Must have previous exp working with stakeholders and end users to gain insight and understanding of the use of the dashboard and drill down capabilities. 4. The individual will need to work with limited direction and be able to handle all aspects of the work - technical, user interaction, management, report preparation and presentation. 5. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 6. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 7. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
