-IMMEDIATE NEED A CONSULTANT- Job Title: ALM Consultant Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 3+ Months Contract Advance Management List tool by Aspect Role Description (must be very detailed including day to day responsibilities): Administration and support of ALM (Advance Management List tool by Aspect). Resolve day to day production issues. Assist business users on a daily call campaigns. Monitor daily import and export of call files. Possibility of development new dialer scripts (java skills). Work under the supervision of CRM Lead (myself). Become an expert and be able to train offshore team member for future support. Required skills: Sr. Developer or administrator. Person who can come up with architectural solutions.
