Position : QA Lead

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Length: 9-12 Months

Rate: $45+ expenses (Flight/Hotel/Meal Allowance)






Our client has asked us to provide a QA lead to work with the business side to 
develop test cases specific to most common ICD-10 scenarios/contracts and also 
model data/EDI feeds with the EDI team to generate ICD-10 formatted claims. 







Responsibilities:


• Development of Test Strategy o Approach and use of automated testing 
(including identification of vendor if needed) o Strategy for performance/load 
testing (including identification of vendor if needed) o Test Strategy for iCES 
upgrade o Overall test strategy for Facets 5.01 upgrade 

• Development of detailed test plans for regression, parallel and user 
acceptance testing.

• Manage execution of detailed test plans and tasks across multiple business 
departments.

• Development of process to track and manage completion of testing (using 
Rally).

• Facilitate the preparation of detailed test cases with project team members. 
Ensures that the testers have documented test cases/scenarios, expected, and 
actual testing results per client change control standards.

• Development of metrics to report on the status of testing. 

• Track and lead resolution of detailed testing issues. 

• Identify and work with PM to manage testing risks. 

• Global understanding of supported systems, environments, data models, data 
flows, Facets on-line and batches, replication, GDS incremental, interfaces 
into supported systems (e.g. Lawson) to manage testing dependencies. 

• Coordinates timing of batches, interfaces, and extracts across multiple 
business areas and technical teams to support internal and external testing. 

• Ensures business sign-off of test tracking documents prior to implementation 
of a product.
