REQUIREMENT: Responsible for installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance and support of customer and internal SAP and Data warehousing environments. "ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Installations & Upgrades, Solution Manager, Backup & Recovery, Instances refreshes, Job scheduling, SAPserv, Output Management, System Monitoring, SAPGUI, User security administration, Performance tuning, Client copies, Database Monitoring and Administration, TMS, Applications of SAP support packages/ LCPs/ kernel patches and applying OSS notes as required. On Call Support (7x24) Participation in the creation of policies and procedures relating to this activity described previously. Maintain regular, predictable attendance.
