The Developer must have project experience with Microsoft Silverlight and
an aptitude for user interface design. A successful candidate should have a
track record of successful Silverlight projects and be able to confidently
guide experienced Windows developers to determine direction for our rich
internet application development efforts.
*We are looking for someone who values:
*Working in an Agile environment with frequent milestones to demonstrate
project progress
Applying solid software engineering principles to build correct and stable
applications
Communicating within a small company to with team members in multiple
locations
Collaborating with expertise outside our company generate new ideas and
overcome any roadblocks.
*The following skills and experience are desired:
*A BS degree in Computer Science, a related field, or proof of significant
industry experience
8+ years of commercial software development experience
5+ years in a software architect and/or technical leadership role
Experience using Design and Patterns practices.
Experience in using PRISM 4.0 framework for Silverlight and WPF
application
Experience with the following languages and technologies for web
front-end and back-end development: C#, .NET, Silverlight, JavaScript,
XML, XHTML, SQL
Experience with SQL Server 2005/2008 R2
Experience with SSRS
T-SQL experience a plus
