*Business Analyst with ITIL* *6+ month-long contract*** *It is located in downtown Chicago, IL within walking distance of Metro and CTA stations.* *Candidates will need to come in for a face to face interview after a phone screen takes place. * *Submittal rate- $40 per hour negotiable*** * * *Project:* To evaluate security across our client in the banking industry. They cannot do this until they find out the business purpose and tools for each department. *Process:* The contractor will sit down with every manager in every department (140 departments) and interview them. The purpose is to find out what each department does and what tools they use. Then they will document it all and produce an *ITIL Service Catalog*. *Misc: * A technical background is not required. The BA doesn't need to understand how the tools work, just the business aspect. It is preferred that the contractor comes out of banking so they understand the industry. THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE PRODUCED A LARGE ITIL SERVICE CATALOG, COME OUT OF THE BANKING INDUSTRY, HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION AND BE A GREAT WRITER.
