Lauderdale, FL * *6 month contract opportunity. * This developer will be a member of the Application Development team. The major focus of the position is to design, develop and enhance a custom Compensation application. Additional responsibilities include: • Analyze business needs/requirements and implement technical solution. • Design and develop applications to meet business needs. • Interface with users to troubleshoot user issues and resolve application issues. • Document application specification, system design or process flow. • Assist the team on unit test and integration test of the application. • Work with other IT teams on issues/tasks related to the application. • This position requires heavy data processing and the candidate needs to have experience creating and manipulating stored procedure, tvf's, etc. Working with explain plans and the knowledge on how to improve performance.
