*6-12 Months* *Minneapolis, MN* *$45/hr on c2c* *Primary Responsibilities: - * QA and Testing • Assist in the review of business and software documentation for ambiguity and testability. • Assist the QA Lead by providing input on QA effort and estimates. • Assist in the design and develop necessary to accomplish functional and system integration test scripts and scenarios execution. Document these appropriately in accordance with Project Methodology Framework (PMF) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) QA deliverables. • Execute Test Cases and report defects. Communication & Teamwork • Must have good interpersonal skills; able to establish, build and maintain relationships with staff and external vendors. • Facilitate small group meetings as required. • Escalate issues as appropriate, assist in resolution. • Solicit and accept constructive feedback. • Has the ability to communicate clearly and coordinate work across diverse business and technical teams. • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service that is proactive and results-oriented. Coaching & Leadership • Provide expertise, feedback, coaching and mentoring to off-shore QA staff. • Ensure compliance with existing project methodology standards. • Assist in improving existing testing practices. • Provide constructive feedback about the team to the QA Lead and QA Manager.
