The job description has been clarified in terms of years of experience for
each technical skill (see chart below). The client also indicated that the
SOAP web services are NOT a
requirement for candidates any longer. Must be able to speak to complex IT
Systems and working on database tables at previous jobs.
The chosen candidate will assist our client in the development of the Next
Generation of Case Management and Electronic Case Filing system (CM/ECF).
In this position the
candidate will be expected to modify and develop source code using
Java/J2EE. The inventory of tools used to maintain the existing CM/ECF and
to develop the Next
Generation of CM/ECF are Java, JSF, RichFaces, Hibernate and Rest Web
Services. The client is also looking for strong communications skills, both
oral and written. This
position is located close to Union Station offering commuting options.
*Required experience with the following:* Java/J2EE JSF 2.0 or similar
framework. Preferred experience with the following: Richfaces or similar
user interface frameworks
(HTML, CSS, AJAX), Hibernate, Restful Web services, JavaScript, Application
server such as Tomcat or JBoss, SQL and Stored Procedures in RDBMS, PERL,
C, UNIX Shell Script
XML, JASN.*
