Experience:
· Strong expertise with the PSoft ePerformance module, there will
be only ONE consultant on this project.
· Experience implementing ePerformance in 9.1
· Experience implementing PSoft HRMS at a University, with multiple
jobs
Responsibilities/deliverables:
· Identify, prepare and document design sessions with
representatives from all schools.
Design sessions will:
§ cover each area of the system that need to be configured to identify
gaps and needs for customizations
§ result in documentation of requirements/specs
§ cover areas of the implementation strategy, including: roll out
strategy, training needs, change management and communications plan
· Identify and document requirements for the functional team, the
technical team and the security team.
· Work with me to prepare documents required for a request for
funding for the implementation of ePerformance, including: detailed project
plan, budget, staffing needs and roll out strategy
