*Back fill Need a consultant Immediately who can start ASAP !!* Job Title : QA Tester Location : Indianapolis Indiana Duration : 4-6 Month Contract *Rate : $35/hr on C2C* *REQUIRED:* Test server side applications Test UI applications, such as websites and mobile applications Translate requirements to test scenarios and test cases Verify test results in the database or server logs Effectively communicate the details of an issue, either verbally or written, to both technical and non-technical audience Write automated tests *DESIRED:* Great observation skills Ability to analyze how a change can affect a system Someone with attention to details in requirements Creative in coming up test scenarios given a set of features Ability to identify key test cases when there is not enough time to test everything Ability to balance thoroughness and urgency Tactful and diplomatic when working with the developers Good understanding of software development process Someone with programming experience, especially, on test automation .
