If interested Please do send across your resume If this is of no interest to you we appreciate if you can refer anyone whom you know would be a good fit * * *Responsibilities:* § Experience operating within a validated systems environment and working in a regulated industry (Biotech or Pharmaceutical Industry preferred). § Experience with implementing Empower Chromatography Data Software § The Project Manager will actively manage Enterprise-wide projects in accordance with PMO procedures. Perform industry standard PM tasks from the project charter to post-implementation, including the coordination of budget, schedule, delivery, testing, debugging, issue resolution, change requests, and team moral. This individual has strong written and verbal communication skills and works well in a changing environment. In addition, the candidate will have managed an organizational change initiative. § Manage the day-to-day activities of large-scale global projects. § Prioritize project activities. § Actively identify, track, mitigate and minimize project risks. § Track and monitor project issues and confront them openly for timely resolution. Escalate to the appropriate management level when necessary. § Maintain overall project schedule and the delivery of expected project objectives. § Report on project and major milestones including progress made against plan. § Actively lead, motivate, and challenge cross-functional teams. § Facilitate Project Meetings; Document Agendas/Minutes/Actions and decisions. § Assist with the identification and implementation of process improvements. § Manages third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary. § Ensure that client drivers and priorities are clearly communicated, understood and addressed.
