Transform and load the data into the Enterprise Data Warehouse using Informatica 8.1.1. Set up batches and work flow sessions to run these mappings. Assist in designing Informatica mappings and data model structural changes. Assist in the design and creation of transformer models. Understand business challenges & translate them into process/technical solutions. Creation of documents related to the ETL process. *What duties and tasks: *% of Time Create ETL mappings to transform data from multiple systems 25 % Set up batches and work flow sessions to run mappings 25 % Translate business process into process/technical solutions 25 % Creation of documents related to the ETL process 25 % *Contacts With Others: *Job related contacts both inside and outside regularly. *Inside:* Business user contacts, application development and maintenance team members, data management team members, test team members, operations team members. *Outside:* Contact with other plans technical staff for interplan testing activities. Potential contact with third party service providers in conjunction with testing systems, prior to implementation.
