You can reach me at 302-918-6027 to discuss this opportunity. *Position: Business analyst with **Facets system configuration*** *Location: Rochester or Buffalo, NY* *Duration: 1+ Years Contract* * * *Interview: Phone*** * * *Position Description/Responsibilities:*** Must have experience with *Facets system configuration*. *Position Summary* The system configuration analysts will develop, document, execute and monitor predictable, repeatable processes in the disposition of changes requests, trouble tickets, Sales Force Automation Tasks, software releases and fixes, enhancements, new product development and other items affecting change to the production systems and processes. This position will also be responsible for Product ID and PDBL creation and assignment. Responsibilities & Functions 1.Enhances the accuracy and system-processing efficiency/timeliness of claims system configuration, ancillary system interfaces, and/or report processing by leading the implementation of new products and revisions to existing products, building files and installing logic for benefit determination and reimbursement and by conducting thorough unit testing. (40%) 2. Completes maintenance and set up of all employer group transactions using the sales force automation and facets systems to ensure compliance with BCBSA MTM group accuracy statistics 3. Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and corporate standards for all group enrollment and configuration standards by working with Marketing and Underwriting staff 4.Confirms accuracy of experience rated group loads using Microsoft Access queries and Excel spreadsheets 5. Reduces and prevents the number of system errors and pended claims by leading teams conducting the development of new processes for comprehensive research and analysis, solution development, configuration, test summaries, unit testing, communications, documentation and scheduling of completed issues resolution. 6.Maximizes Facets system capabilities within the production environment by developing new system capabilities for complex system maintenance and problem resolution. 7.Improves systems processing efficiency by leading the configuration and workflow design and by implementing needed modifications. 8.Ensures proper processing and resolution of claims by leading the analysis, configuration and testing of all new system implementations such as new Facets releases, or other systems software upgrades or enhancements. 9.Works with other System Configuration Analysts on system configuration and supports their development through effective training and mentoring. 10.Complete maintenance and set up of procedure codes. Set up and revise provider agreements. 11.Researches and completes root cause analysis of customer service intakes and claim errors 12.Assures appropriate utilization of system features and requirements by assisting the production staff through testing and updating of Desk Level Procedures and by recommending appropriate action/changes in a timely manner so that production areas have the most current and concise system processing procedures. Must be able to maintain Excel table driven macros to assign products ID’s and create billing components. *Experience* *1. 5 - 10 years work experience in a similar function required. Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Facets system configuration.*** Knowledge & Skills 1. Advanced proficiency in Facets 2. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office products 3.
