Candidate should have very strong Business Analysis experience (with solid background of Business Analysis) 2. Should be strong in Online Banking experience with a good understanding of Internet Banking 3. Understanding of Small Business Internet Banking is a plus 4. Should have a strong hold on UML 5. MS Project experience is an added plus not mandatory 6. Should have strong experience in the field of requirement elicitation and should be comfortable handling a group of minimum 15 or more stakeholders during the JRS/JAD sessions 7. Leadership experience is a must 8. Good understanding of technical terminologies is a plus 9. Candidate should be an excellent Team player with strong communication skills *Main duties and responsibilities:* What the contractor will be going on a day to day basis. 1. Responsible for creation of Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Use Cases 2. Will be responsible to deliver a Business Package that consist of BRD, Use Cases, Document for Content Updates and Wireframe delivery 3. He will be conducting JRS sessions to collect requirements 4. Responsible to prepare a complete plan estimating timelines to deliver the package in Step 2 5. Liaison between the Product Teams, Technology, Architecture, Fraud, Risk, AML, Compliance and Privacy teams, thus collecting requirements from these teams. 6. Will be required to own the delivery of business artifacts within stipulated timeframe 7. Prepare Gap Analysis and NFR documents *Requirements*: Client facing skills, experience in user journeys, leading IA track, Visual design experience Please state essential skill/s.- 1. Very strong in Internet Banking Domain 2. Excellent with UML and Vision 3. Good Leadership skills 4. Excellent Communication skills 5. Experience of conducting JRS sessions 6. Excellent in requirement elicitation 7. Should have a good techno functional background 8. Knowledge of MS Project is a plus not mandatory 9.
