Job Title : Java Developer Location : Jacksonville, FL Duration : 6-12 months Contract *Rate : $45/hr on CTC* Responsible for the detail design documentation, development, unit testing and maintenance of internally developed applications and externally purchased software products *Write code for system designs that span platforms *Code to and create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) *Write code for enhancing existing programs or developing new programs *Write detailed technical specifications and/or TDD for subsystems and identify integration points *Estimate project timelines and resources required to complete programming projects *Perform unit testing and debugging and set test conditions based on code specifications *Supports application throughout the Product Development life cycle *Review vendor research and conduct vendor product gap analysis comparison *Perform production support and on-call *Perform code stream management using clear-case MQ, WebSphere, HTML, CSS preferred *Job Requirements: * 3 – 5 Years related work experience on the following: Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle, product development methodologies, database methodologies and system integration Experience with Unix, NT or IBM mainframe operating systems Knowledge of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures Experience programming using J2EE, MQ Series, Struts, Hibernate, Unix Shell Scripting HTML, JavaScript, jquery and XML technologies Experience using SQL or similar query language for Oracle, DB2 or UDB Experience using Toad, SQL Monitor debugging tools Experience using version control tools such as ClearCase PC Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) Very truly, Vincent Senior Recruiter| CAT Technology Inc.
