*VMware ThinApp Engineer CT 6-12 months w/option for additional time * Requirements: Must have 2-3 years of experience implementing & sequencing Application Virtualization Technology (APPV, ThinApp, XenApp, SWV etc) including: Desktop Platform Virtualization technologies, VMware, Citrix Windows Operating Systems e.g. Windows XP, Windows 7 Must have experience in developing software packaging and distributions best practices and standards Must have experience in scripting and testing software installations. Take direction from Client management on the prioritization of packaging efforts with a best effort on the number of automations completed. This will include standard, medium and difficult complexity ratings for the duration of the engagement. Document the application automations using the current “Risk Assessment and Architecture.doc”. Aid in the awareness of standards and best practices, as well as enforcing these standards. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project
