Job Title: SharePoint Administrator
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6+ months
Responsible for the design and development of IT systems. Develops design
and functional specifications, produces deliverables related to the
project(s) assigned and assists in post implementation support and system
enhancements. Responsible for gathering, compiling and synthesizing
information with regard to technology processes or systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains one of more SharePoint sites used for program and
project management
Promotes and develops communication and coordination between or among
project team members and management
Creates and manages project documentation.
Comply with practices, policies, procedures, legal requirements, and goals
of project sponsors and approved methodologies.
Acts as a workflow coordinator to ensure documentation and deliverables are
properly stored in SharePoint
Basic Qualifications:
College degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science,
Business or the Life Sciences preferred with 5+ years related experience or
its equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced in SharePoint and document management
• Very detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking skills
• MSOffice proficiency required
• Need solid interpersonal skills
