Expert-level proficiency in developing against deployed REST APIs. Experience with integrating major 3rd party APIs (Facebook Open Graph, Twitter, Google Maps, YouTube, Open Social, etc) is a plus. Expert-level proficiency in XHTML and CSS. Must be able to hand-code standards compliant XHTML and CSS. Practical knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is a must.
