Skill sets for the position include. Excellent communication and Negotiation skills, Leadership, Managing multiple priorities, MS Suite including MS Project, Exposure to SDLC best practices, database structures, change management, release management, Proven Testing and QA skills in an IT/IS environment with a mixed blend of technologies (AS400, Mainframe, Oracle, DB2, Unix, etc.), System Testing Tools, Defect Management, Test Requirements Engineering and Management experience, Managed HealthCare Systems a plus. Experience level: 5+ years technical experience in Software Quality Assurance or a test group with demonstrated capability in applications systems testing. 3 years’ experience in test model design and execution. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of testing tools and methodology. Proficiency in operating system and system utilities.
