REQUIRED:
Siebel CRM
Siebel product configurator
Siebel EIM integration
eScript, workflow, smartscript
Scope of work for the resource – primary
Configuration of Products:
Create new Service Instance for new product (Hosted PBX, Managed Services
etc)
Attributes
Ordering rules (guard rails)
Dependent products
USOC mapping [external catalog id mapping]
Create Term, termination using a Billing Price Product (BPP) – commitment
and
penalty calculation
Create Packages and display that in a new tab called “Packages\Features”
Creation of new tabs/relationships for new products
Changes to existing SI (to make it obsolete or Grandfathered)
Associate existing plans (calling plans) to the new service instance

Integration:
Submission of orders to M6 (reuse existing interface and map additional
attributes)
After provisioning is completed, submit a request to Kenan for billing.
