The website is being built upon the ASP.NET 4.0 MVC framework and heavily utilizes JQuery and AJAX techniques to provide a rich user experience. There are numerous complex challenges which the team must address regarding in-site search, content management integration, automated translation and publishing processes, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and providing a multi-language solution on a high traffic website. A strong ASP.NET 4.0+ C# development skillset is paramount, with a secondary focus on databases and front end web development like JQuery and CSS. The developer will be integrated as a member of the team working closely with 3 other developers and the product owner/web designer. *We are looking for experienced developers who can hit the ground running on a small Agile Scrum team. Prefer developers with ASP.NET MVC experience over WebForms. * * * *GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB* Work as a lead developer on a small Agile Scrum team to help build and launch our new global public-facing website.
