*Responsibilities:* • Assign to work on enhancements/maintenance items of low to moderate complexity requested in the EBS business areas of Purchasing, Payables and HR. • Elicits, captures and writes requirement or specification documents in clear, understandable language for the appropriate audience. • Utilizes standard templates or tools for requirements gathering. • Responsible for the decomposition of high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality attributes with deliverables such as a business requirements document or functional specifications document. • Assist in testing IT solutions before UAT (User Acceptance Testing). • Assist senior analyst in deploying more complex enhancements or projects. • Ability to communicate effectively both in a verbal and written capacity. • Utilize practical concepts or tools to model, analyze, or communicate information (such as SQL, relational database concepts or reporting). *Qualifications:* • Must have at least two years of Oracle EBS experience and in the area of Purchasing, Payables and/or Human Resources. • Undergraduate degree. • Business process analysis experience. • Good analytical/problem solving skills. • Good communication skills. • Able to work well in a group and independently. • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
