Job Title: .Net developer
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Duration: 6-12 Months
Education/Experience
o Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant field required
o 8-10 years experience required
Responsibility level
o Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor
Skills
o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer
service and interpersonal skills (Required)
o Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
o Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from
business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional
specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery (Required)
o Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to
resolve issue
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware
or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance
o Design and develop software systems, using scientific analysis and
mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of
design
o Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interfaces between software
systems, develop specifications and performance requirements and resolve
customer problems
o Advise customer about, or perform, maintenance of software system
o Coordinate installation of software system
o Monitor functioning of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance
with specifications
o Analyze information to determine, recommend and plan installation of a
new system or modification of an existing system
o Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures
o Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals
and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance
