The Kronos/Payroll Lead will be responsible for planning, monitoring and
managing the implementation of all Kronos/Payroll functional activities on
the union project. Provide leadership in managing stakeholder expectations,
participate in stakeholder meetings, and coordinate day-to-day team
activities. Identify cross-team issues/risks and come up with mitigation
strategy for these risks.
Skills Required: Prior experience leading end-to-end Kronos
implementations, advanced understanding of Kronos Time & Attendance, prior
experience on end-to-end PeopleSoft Payroll implementations, and basic
understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll.
