*Sr QA Automation Engineers with experience creating original test scripts in Java * *Boston, MA* *6+ months* * * · Keys to this role are testing SOAP/Rest Web Services using SOAPUI · Knowledge of web testing frameworks and tools like Selenium · Knowledge of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices and tools like Cucumber/RSpec, Fit/FitNesse or JBehave. · Solid understanding of how to code in Java *Key Responsibilities:* · Works with the Software Engineering team to ensure delivery of fully tested, high quality software solutions in a timely manner. · Contributes to user story and defect testing and verification, including test case creation, execution, analysis and results reporting. · Participates in the design and development of automated test harnesses, for both, web services (SOAP and REST) and user interfaces / web applications. · Collaborates with developers and business analysts to define acceptance criteria for new features. · Contributes to the development and maintenance of product quality metrics. · Works directly with software developers, business analysts and product managers in requirements analysis, defect troubleshooting and problem diagnosis.
