*Position: Functional Business Analyst Location: Murrayhill, NJ Duration: 6 months*
*Role Responsibilities* • Review every defect raised externally to engineering to make sure all necessary information is included and item is truly a defect • Meet twice weekly meeting with key contacts (product owners and release leads) to review issues requiring input. • Have the holistic understanding of the defects being raised and put into the queue (i.e. make sure not conflicting defects) • Analyze all defects for areas for improvement • Some sort of review/follow up to confirm resolution on items that needed functional input. • Manage prioritization/criticality/dependencies of defect items. • Manage a large number of defects to be targeted to maintenance releases • Work with Client/Account management teams to understand prioritization/severity and timing for defects raised. • Articulate root problems that client teams are having and what are options to solve the problem (documentation gap, knowledge gap, product feature gap). • Develop working relationships with Product Manager, Product Owners, QA team and Account Management. *Role Requirements* • Ability to develop deep product knowledge on functionality and configuration/implementation capabilities • Continuous development of product knowledge with new releases • High degree of data management requiring good organizational skills • Understand software delivery lifecycle/agile lifecycle • Software design skills • Technical writing skills ________________________ Warm Regards, Emraaz Khan• Sr Technical Recruiter • Panzer Solutions 45 Stuart Ave • K Unit • Norwalk, CT • 06850 Office: 203-652-1444 Ext 109 • Email: [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
