*Job Description*
The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows Server 2003 and
newer, Citrix and VMware.
Validation of Architecture and design, implementation, maintenance, and
troubleshooting of the Citrix & VMware environment
· Level 3 Troubleshooting Citrix & VMware server hardware /
software problems and follow established procedures to detect, diagnose,
repair, server-related issues.
· Lead in Citrix & VMware technology refresh projects as needed.
· Proactive performance tuning & risk mitigation • Mentor Network
engineer.
· Engineering experience within Exchange 2010 environment.
· Experience with Windows 2000\2003\2008 Server.
· Extensive experience supporting large VMware environments.
· Extensive experience in Storage Area Network design. IBM, Hitachi
SAN infrastructure, Brocade SAN switch fabric.
· Experience in Enterprise Backup using Net Backup suite.
· Proven project management and decision-making capabilities.
· Extensive experience designing, building and supporting virtual
server infrastructures Requirements.
· Deep understanding and practical working experience with Citrix
virtualization using XenApp Services, Provisioning Server, Citrix Secure
Web Access and Microsoft AD services including Group Policies.
· Proven experience in design and implementation using VMware,
Citrix XenApp Services, Provisioning Server, XenDesktop Services
· Citrix Web Interface.
· Manage and monitor VM/Citrix environments.
· Strong technical writing skills with proven experience in
documenting System standards.
· Strong implementation and systems integration background.

· Day to day support of Meditech on the CHI systems
· Interface with end users and the Meditech application team to
resolve issues including access, printing, managing storage and system
performance
· Part of an on-call team for after-hours support of Meditech
*Candidate with knowhow of Meditech Environment is a must *
