If you do have any consultant please send it to [email protected]. Complete Description: The Office of the Chief Technology Officer seeks a contractor to provide Business Analyst consultant services. The objective of this assignment is to map key business processes and information flow for the DC Department of Corrections new Offender Management System at the Central Detention Facility (CDF) aka the DC Jail. Incumbent will conduct business analysis activities in coordination with overall project implementation schedule. Work will be performed both at the DOC facility and OCTO. This project is expected to take upwards of 12 months to complete. Duties include but are not limited to: • Focus on mapping key business processes and decision rules at high level; • Map information flow for each process in detail. • Analyzing OMS Evolution product customization capabilities and preparing proposals for customized workflows and screens by DOC Department based upon information flow maps and analysis of product capability. • Working in close coordination with DOC IT, Planning, and Operations staff to implement OMS Evolution upgrade in timely manner. • Prepare proposals for customized workflows and screens by DOC Department based upon information flow maps and analysis of product capability. • Once approved by OMS Upgrade Project Manager, Department Managers and DOC Executive, implement customization and work flow by department. • Create associated training materials, quick reference materials/cheat sheets for end-users and conduct end user training. • Assess Crystal Reports, migrate operational Crystal Reports, and validate report functionality with end users. • Participate, as required, in implementation of JUSTIS to OMS interface both outbound and inbound; conduct end-user testing, validation, and acceptance.
