On this small and agile team all members will be responsible for assuring the quality of their own work and the work of their teammates. Some operational tasks may also be required of the team. The ideal candidate must display excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities. A candidate for this position must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment and handle a certain level of ambiguity. Flexibility and tolerance is a necessity. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required. • Develop new web applications and features as identified by supervisor and management through packaged and/or customized applications. • Maintain and enhance existing web applications and all internal systems that may be integrated. • Perform complete quality assurance, end to end and other required testing of web application. • Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use. • Develop database-driven web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing. • Develop external web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information. • Participate in dynamic priority setting sessions. • Candidate must be a team player and willing to teach and to learn. The ideal candidate should also be; • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. • Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized. • *Experience with Magento, Expression Engine or Drupal, PHP, web design, and analytics* • Proficient in a variety of web technologies and programming languages • Proficient in accessibility and conformance practices for the web • Excellent presentation skills. • Experience with quality assurance and end to end testing • Experience with deploying and configuring development and pre-production environments *Qualifications*: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
