* **** MUST WORK ONSITE Richmond VA****
Will be responsible for day to day support of the Call Manager, Span Link
Reporting, Voice call recording and daily activity of programming and
relocating phones.
Skill in IPCC must be strong, some LAN skills is desired.
m-f 8-5, with some after hours for change outs
-We are looking for high(er) end skilled individuals for this service.
-devices router/switches (Nexus?) or servers, firewalls, load balancers,
wireless, VoIP,etc.
-performing hardware MACDs, cabling, and racking/stacking with
troubleshooting skills..
