Senior Java Architect/Engineer.

This person will be 60-70% hands on Java Architecture, messaging (MQ) and
IBM Websphere.  Consultant needs to have Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
 Linux, Solaris, AIX OS Experience.  This is a multi-platform environment.
 This person will need to be able to Install, Build, Architect and Document
current and future state in this role.  Needs to have big picture abilities
and be able to see technology trends coming in the future that might help
the organization moving forward.  There will be a good am ount of
documentation on the front end of this project as the documentation to date
has not been up to par.  So, an ability to look into a system and see what
it is doing and how it is operating in current state is a big key.  Then
take that information along with knowledge and skills from previous
experiences and provide a solution for the overall enterprise.


*1*.      *Senior Java Architect/Engineer*: Very experienced Java Architect.
*2*.      *Location*: Remote – but DC/Maryland area would be great…
a.      (50-80% Travel for a while)
b.      Fargo, Baltimore Maryland & Atlanta
*3.     ** **Skills*
a.      10 plus years of high-end java Architecture  and development work,
web services, distributed computing
b.      Healthcare experience a plus but not a show stopper
c.      Very experience in the JAVA foundations of the language, the
development /debugging tools and deployments, Java Frameworks, etc….
d.      Very experience in Developing & Architecting Web services in a
complex & multi-vendor situation (not a simple java app)
e.      Very experience in and has worked with and knows Enterprise Service
Buses – (any such as Oracle Fusion, JBOSS ESB, Fuse, iWay, etc..)
f.       Someone that knows Application servers Open source and closed
source (Apache Tomcat, IBM Websphere)
g.      Has used Oracle, DB2 and/or MySQL Databases
h.      Someone that has worked with applications running on SUSE Linux
i.       Key technologies to be Familiar with:
                                                    i.     JBOSS
                                                   ii.     Spring Framework
                                                  iii.     Active MQ
                                                  iv.     Camel Routing
                                                   v.     JUDDI for web
services registries
                                                  vi.     Nice to have IBM
Transformation Extender (WTX).
j.       Other Keys areas - Business Logic Layer:
                                                    i.     EJB 3.0
                                                   ii.     Web Services
(JAX-WS) + WS-Security
                                                  iii.     Engines
1.      Drools Rules Engine
2.      ActiveVOS BPM/BPEL Engine
3.      Fuse ESB (or ANY ESB experience)
