F2F is Mandatory. *Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Experience on Access database design and table relationships. - Proficiency in ensuring valid data entry. - Programming experience in Visual Basic. - Expertise in data upload to Access database, creating new tables linked to existing tables. - Proficiency in SQL queries and macros. - Experience in writing user guides to instruct the end-user on how to navigate the database, gather requirements from the users and incorporate them into the database. - Experience with with SAS/Access interface to ODBC. - Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Computer Science. - Experience in data analysis, visualization and presentation.
