Support Java applications, troubleshoot any issues, and drive customer enhancement changes as required to support both front-end and middle-tier layers. Also understand the technical details of business processes to ensure their accurate and smooth implementation and successful execution on production environments. * * *Responsibilities/Duties:* · Portal and E-Commerce Administration · Installing and Configuring Portal and E-Commerce Software · Portal Content Management, syndication · Managing TDI, WBCD, WCS services · Customizing and Administering · Maintaining and Monitoring · Troubleshooting and Serviceability · Integrating Applications · Applications deployments, migration and Other Concepts · Architecting a Portal and E-Commerce Solutions · Interfaces between the applications, other IT Operation teams, IT Dev group, and other corporate teams · Install and maintain DEV, SIT, TST, and Production Java applications, J2EE application servers, and assure optimum performance of the applications. · Diagnose performance/connectivity problems and errors · Provide 3rd tier support for production systems. · Ensures that all SLAs are met · Document all the applications.
