This person will work under limited supervision with subject matter experts, to assess training needs, develops training materials and delivers training to all levels of MicroStrategy reporting end users. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: . Analyze the assessment of training needs based on leadership and end user interviews, questionnaires and observations . Work with MicroStrategy developers and identified brand leadership to identify end user skill levels . Manages the training cycle from development through roll out. . Design and create high quality training lesson plans, materials, and curriculum . Develop all related training materials for multiple training venues . Create e-learning training program . Provides consistent and uniform delivery of training for training staff for MicroStrategy desktop and web . Develop an ongoing training assessment program . Owns scheduling hindsight sessions with critical business partners to determine effectiveness of training activities to formulate actions to influence future training agenda. *Position Description: * The person will be a leading the work efforts and will be provided limited supervision from a designated training lead on the MGT business intelligence team. Both the MGT training lead and this person will report directly to the senior applications manager. This person will be asked to lead various training initiative in conjunction with the training lead Application / Skill Expertise Required: . Strong written and verbal skills . Strong working knowledge of MicroStrategy Web and Desktop inclusive of all end user functionality . Retail experience is a plus but not required . Ability to communicate with all level including leadership . Ability to collaborate with customers driving the training initiatives *Responsibilities:* . Facilitate meeting with brand and team members to assess training gap . Facilitate meetings with brand and team members to assess user skill levels . Create training curriculums . Create all training materials . Create an e-learning training curriculum . Manage the scheduling of all training . Facilitates training programs in instructor led environments. . Develop and facilitate a "Train the Trainer" program Skill Level: .A senior resource has 5+ years experience executing the role, has worked multiple projects in that role and has worked multiple projects from initiative through implementation.
