LOCATION: AD EAST PEORIA, IL DURATION: 12+ MONTHS RATE: $32/HR W2 DESCRIPTION · Provides customer support for Client VPN and SecurID, conduct testing and validation to enable upgrades and enhancements to the Client VPN and SecurID environment, maintains compliance with ITSM standards for Change Management. · Provides customer consulting related to connectivity requirements prior to, and during deployments. Required: · Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent (4 years) Desktop Services (3 years) Windows Administrator (3 years) VPN (2 years) Preferred: Network Security (2 years) IP Addressing (2 years) Windows Security (2 years) Summary: · Responsible for assisting in the creation and support of IT Solutions that enable the Customer's success. · Ability to work both independently and with a cooperative team on complex projects that may span multiple infrastructure components or applications. MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Working directly on application / technical problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions. · Participating in integrated testing and user acceptance of application or infrastructure components. · Working with vendors on the integration of purchased application(s) and/or infrastructure. · Designing and implementing processes, or process improvements, to aid in development and support.
