*Job Description*
*8+ yrs experience is a must have.*
· Direct and Guide enterprise strategies for Data Network which
includes LAN, Wireless, WAN, DC Networks.
· Interact closely with customer, understand their business
requirements, constraints and provide acceptable solutions
· Reviewing and validating BOM High Level Design, Low Level design
and Acceptance test planning for various Networks
· Leadership in handling technical issues and escalations.
· Provide long term, cost effective roadmaps to the customer
· Closely work with Program Managers and customer technical
authority and ensure smooth delivery of project deliverables.
· Ensure Wipro Quality process and best practices are adopted to
deliver the assigned responsibilities
· Prepare TID (task implementation document) for step-by-step
implementation procedure along with physical and logical connectivity and
configuration/integration parameters.
· Guide field implementation technically with field engineers and
closely work with Program Managers.
· Provide remote hand-holding support to field engineers
· Support field engineers to carry out pre-migration and final
migration/cutover
· Support field engineers to carry out Final acceptance tests
*Required Candidate Profile *

· CCIE R&S, CCNP
· 10-12 years of Data Networking experience in enterprise environment
· Has extensively worked in designing Routing and Switching solutions
covering LAN, WAN, DC Network
· Extensive knowledge of Campus, LAN & WAN technologies.
· Experience on troubleshooting routing protocols IGRP, EIGRP, BGP,
OSPF.
· *MPLS Migration/Implementation from legacy network knowledge must. *
· Knowledge of IPv6 and working experience on handling IPv6 addressing,
assignments,
· Trouble shooting L2 Features like STP.RSTP,VTP
· Worked on 7500, 7200, 3800, 3700, 3600, 2800, 1800, 1700 series
Routers.
· Cisco Catalyst – 6500 Layer 3 Switch, 4500 series, 3550, 2900 XL,
1900 series switches
· Cisco Nexus for DC
· Worked on Security firewalls PIX/ASA, CheckPoint & Nokia Firewalls,
IP Sec
· Used Network Managing and Monitoring Tools: HP Open view (especially
the Network Node Manager), MRTG, What's Up Gold, Concord, Network
Intelligence , Solar Winds Orion, Concord E-Health, Cisco Works, Network
Vantage, Cisco works WLSE, Ecoscope, Packet Capture
· Configuration and Troubleshooting of Complex Voice Networks
· Has vast experience in dealing with ISP, and other network
readiness vendors
